Thanks! Stamps aren't to hard to make as long as you have some tutorials to guide you through it a couple of times. The animated ones get a little tricky. Check out ~kitsune-lunari's page, he has some really good stamp resources in his gallery. The account is closed but the tutorials and templates are still there. Have fun!

Go to the main page of the deviant that you want to note and click the Note button that is right next to the DevWatch button. It's on the top right corner of the page. I hope that helps you.
